My name is Tyrone Mitchell and I am the CEO of The Mitchell Media Group. I specialize in Audio Visual Production. I attended the Art Institute of Philadelphia. He majored in music and video business with his minor in broadcast production. Worked for Nise Productions in Camden NJ, as a production assistant and on-air talent for productions “Dancin’ on Air” and “Dance Party USA”. I was acting floor producer and eventually co-host. I worked on numerous product endorsements for companies such as: Pepsi, Coke, Macys, Dr. Pepper and After 6 and assisted in the production of show-sponsored events such as “Another Chance to Dance and “The Special Olympics Marathon.” From 1990 to 1995, I was a production coordinator and cameraman with ArenaVision at The Spectrum in Philadelphia, creating audio-visual marketing productions, corporate media packages and on-air broadcast for the Flyers, Sixers and Wings sports organizations. In 1996, I enlisted into the Navy as a photographer’s mate. I was assigned to the Naval Reserve Fleet Combat Camera Unit 0293 at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Willow Grove, Pa. In 1999, I worked as a broadcast engineer at WPHL TV-17, a TV station owned by Tribune Broadcasting, in Philadelphia, Pa. I joined the Radio and Television Broadcast Engineer Union Local 98 IBEW and is still a member to this day. I was studio cameraman for the 10 o’clock Evening News, the Mummers Parade and Jerry Lewis Telethon. In 2002, I enlisted in the PA. Air National Guard and was assigned to the 111th Communications Flight Combat Information Center as a broadcaster. In 2005, I became the supervisor of Broadcast Video where is has streamlined the process of video production, has established working relationships with NORTHCOM, SOUTHCOM and JFCOM through exercise support and video documentation. I crated The Mitchell Media group to support the local music and fashion scene in Philly. Producing Live-on Tape-productions as well as artist spotlights and media packages.
