My name is Tray, and I am so honored to be a RAW artist! I grew up in a house full of creativity just outside of Boston. I have vivid memories of happily making posters for school projects, and spending hours drawing with my very talented mom. I went on to study art in college, and fell in love with charcoal, oils, and photography in those studios. After years of dreaming about making art a serious part of my life, I am finally doing it! As you can see from my work, I am most inspired by nature and by people. I feel the most connected to myself when I am surrounded by nature, and I enjoy the challenge of trying to recreate that connection on paper. I am also in awe of the human spirit. I love catching people in quiet and still moments when their authentic selves shine through. I really enjoy the whole process of making art from start to finish. I am a daydreamer at heart, and live for the moment when something catches my eye. Most recently, I am fascinated by collage and color, but I also love painting, photography, and drawing. For the first time in my life, I feel that I am actually making the art I see in my head. I am very excited to keep working, and to see what else I can create.
