Up cycled refashioned designer ties. I treasure hunt rummage sales, second hand boutiques, rescuing ties to transform into marvelous, one of a kind works of wearable art. I developed a sense of design through working with my hands for over twenty five years as garden designer. I enjoy a playful sense of varied textures and color palettes. I love modern primitive folk art and appreciate found objects for their artistic qualities. I collect vintage buttons and beads of glass, wood, crystal, bone and metal adding texture to my unique ties.
