Shalanda Bond Hansboro plays many roles in life from student, instructor, performer, recording artist, songwriter, wife, and mother of two beautiful girls. She is a Baltimore native and graduate of the Baltimore School for the Arts. Shalanda continued her studies in Opera in NYC at The Juilliard School where she received her B.M. She continued her studies in Philadelphia at The Curtis Institute of Music where she received her Masters Degree. Shalanda is a proud Instructor and Coordinator at Creative Alliance. Shalanda has studied classical voice with renowned vocal instructors beginning with renowned Baritone Robert Cantrell. She is the recipient of numerous awards and prizes. Shalanda loves opera and classical music and has recently ventured out and has found a true passion for gospel, jazz, inspirational music and musical theater. She is currently preparing her first original single \"Unususal Favour\". She most recently appeared as a guest artist at Raw Baltimore and appeared on the Bobby Jones Show for a live recording with James Johnson and The Arkansas Gospel Mass Choir. She is a member of True Deliverance Outreach Ministries\' Praise Team and sings at numerous and events. Shalanda\'s vision of \"The Sounds of Kindred Spirits\" is to heal souls and spirits with her voice and share her joy in singing.
