Largely influenced by her philosophy on life, many of Valen Amaris's pieces are an up close representation of a bigger picture. Philosophically she feels most are consumed with the idea of the future, so much,that they neglect to pause and enjoy life's simplistic details. Fascinated with impression formation, each piece is creatively derived from a diverse mixture of emotions, experiences, and perspectives, but portrayed in a way that allows the viewer to admire its subtle complexities, while enjoying the contrasts of vibrant color pallets.
