A 28 year-old service-oriented marketing and advertising professional, Val Youmans spent most of the last year traveling the world combining her passions of photography and helping those in need.
\"While helping the orphaned, homeless and less fortunate, I tried to never miss an opportunity to capture their stories or teach those around me the valuable skills I\'ve been lucky enough to develop over the years.\"
Traveling the world offered many new sights and lessons, but throughout the many highs and lows, Val realized that her loves of marketing/advertising and photography AND her love for helping those less fortunate were equally important to her. It is now her goal, in transitioning back to the U.S., to find a way to do it all. To find that perfect balance, within the crazy business world, to be one of the few lucky people that gets to go to work every day loving what they do.
