Veronica Vamp

I started my career in 1979 with a Diploma in Visual Arts at Queensland College of Art. In 1984 eager to start my own business I unleashed my creative energy and opened Uptown Vogue Couture Boutique. My independence as a designer started to thrive and due to my immense dislike of anything mass produced I initially made jewellery to compliment my couture garments. I have personally sourced crystals and semi precious gems from all over the world. Over the years my award winning designs have featured in many Australian beading publications and exhibitions. My distinctive one of a kind jewellery is individually hand crafted using only the finest quality materials, vintage and handmade beads, natural crystals and semi precious gemstones. I have always invented my own trends and find inspiration from the intense beauty or colour of a single bead or bit of fabric. With over 30 years experience my original style and background as an artist have enabled me to create unique works of wearable art.
