Victoria Kong

Hi. My name is Victoria. I\'m currently studying Chemistry at a tiny Liberal Arts college in Montana, and although I love all things science and nerdy, there is a very important part of me that lives in the art world. I grew up in a suburb right outside of Portland, Oregon, and hope to return there soon after school. Art has been my outlet for as long as I remember, primarily drawing and illustration. Currently, I am working to put myself on the canvas, as weird as that sounds. I have been consumed with the idea of the split person that I feel like I am, and I have been working hard to illustrate that through my art. There is this tension between a logical and emotional side to me, and when I find a way to evoke that, I know the pieces that result will be a true raw and genuine projection of myself.
