about RAW:
Give us the opportunity to do what we love.Favorite Thing in the Whole Wide World:
Able to do arts and share it with everyoneEyvind's Alchemy is a collaboration of myself(Anh) and my boyfriend (Eyvind). Most projects we help each other through the design process and finishing stages. Having a live-in art critic cultivates the artwork.

Michigan born and raised--- living in California now.
I am a botanist by trade - I came to live in one of the biodiversity hotspots! (San Diego County has more species of plant than any other US county)
I have been working metal since I was young. It all started because my dad is a welder and has a stockpile of materials on hand. I enrolled in metal machining shop in high school for two and half year- during those always pushed the envelope on the art producing mostly impractical but ornate items. I even caused every one to evacuate the shop when an experiment in lost wax casting went awry. Ha ha ha.
At university I took four semesters of metal art classes: blacksmithing, bronze casting and metalsmithing.
I am still at it! Who knows what is next.

I have always love doing craft. I love doing handcraft. As a child, I purchased books on art and craft to tought myself how to make beautiful things. I learned to cochette, beadwork, a little of sewing. Recently, I start making jewelry for myself and friends and I love it. I get my inspirations for my art from surrounding things in my daily life. Much of it from nature because we love hiking. We start our jewelry business not too long ago. Its all happen when we joined a San Diego Gem and Mineral club in Balboa Park. We spent many hours cutting and grinning rocks; we end up with many beautiful cabachons and wondered what we should do with them. So I took a metal smith class and found that Iam really good at cutting and joining metals. I start to fall in love with working with metal; I always wake up in the morning and thinking what I should make next. So we decided to open our little shop on Etsy and Rawartists found us there.
