my camera :)San Diego photographer Ginger grew up being inspired by her mother's love of architecture. She and her mother spent countless, enjoyable days exploring San Diego, admiring new and historic architecture. After spending many years studying art and architecture, with a great desire to preserve historic architecture, Ginger decided to complete her Bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in information systems. After moving to the San Francisco Bay Area and working as a program analyst and web developer, Ginger realized she had no time for preservation as a hobby. So she packed her bags and moved to New Orleans to earn a Masters in Preservation Studies from the School of Architecture at Tulane University. During her studies, Ginger took a photography course to aid in the documentation of historic architecture. While studying and practicing photography, composition and print making, she discovered that photography is the art that suits her best.
Through her preservation studies Ginger has been fortunate enough to travel to many places that she would love to visit again. Many of her favorite images were captured during her travels through parts of California, Cuba, England, Louisiana and Montana. Ginger plans to continue traveling and capturing images in all parts of the world.
