Chris O'Neill is a British actor/writer/director based in LA. After studying Film in San Francisco and Acting with the Royal Academy Of Dramatic Art, Chris worked as a screenwriter for high profile companies such as Tapestry Films (Wedding Crashers), director Mark Pellington (Arlington Road) and producer Anthony Bregman (Eternal Sunshine).
Deciding to take a chance and do his own thing, Chris shot the LA/Vegas based crime comedy ABSOLUTE DEBAUCHERY on location in Sin City and the City Of Angels for the price of a lunch catering budget on a small TV show. Full of inventive camerawork, snappy dialogue, authentic and gritty locations and colorful characters, ABSOLUTE DEBAUCHERY is a rewarding cocktail mix of its influences- Tony Scott, Michael Mann, Paul Greengrass and Shane Black.
It has been a long and painful road to get here but Chris is proud of his work and hopes it inspires and encourages others to get out there and pull down the barriers in pursuing our passions and dreams.
