Performing Art – Washington, D.C.
I am a dance artist currently in the DMV area. I dance with and serve as the Artistic Director of Culture Shock Dance Troupe - Washington DC, which is a global non-profit dance organization dedicated to artist development, innovative performance, and community enrichment. Aside from my work with Culture Shock, I also have a background in hip-hop dance and urban styles through Dynamic Dance Team, a collegiate hip hop team at the University of Maryland. I also studied Kinesiology and Public Health at UMD. I seek to use my love of art and passion for dance/teaching to create experiences for dancers to tap into their most raw potential - and works that captivate and inspire audience members.
