Visual Art – Orlando
Art for Life. For many years I called Pensacola, FL home. In my mid twenties, I headed to Colorado and lived in the Denver Metro region for about six years. In 2004, I was hired as a teacher and had summers off. Oh what to do during these months off. Traveling and art consumed my summer months and my lifestyle has not changed much.
Most of my early work consisted of wood and metals. The primary metal of choice is aluminum, although I like to take apart computers, televisions, or any object that has metal guts. You can also find me driving the streets of Orlando looking for unique items in dumpsters, that I can incorporate into my art. Over the years I have started using strings, objects, and various paints. Locally I have participated in arts festivals; in addition to displaying my art throughout business in Florida.
All the art is handmade by me and created in my shop.
