Sultry, soulful, sincere...three words often used to describe Ashleigh. Hailing from the small town of LaGrange, this Georgia Peach is relatively new to Texas soil; however she is no stranger to the stage. She is a graduate of the University of North Texas with earning her degree in Vocal Jazz Performance in 2011 and since then she\'s been on the move! She has toured across the world as a background vocalist for Grammy award-winning R&B songstress Chrisette Michele as well as pop sensation Ed Sheeran. She is the 2014 winner of the coveted Sassy Award at the Sarah Vaughan International Jazz Voice competition and as a result earned a recording contract with the well-known jazz label: Concord Records. Her debut album, which is being produced by multi Grammy award-winning composer and arranger Terence Blanchard is due out this Fall! Ashleigh is preparing for her biggest performance YET in: opening for the Diva and ultimate songstress, multi-grammy award-winning, five time NAACP Award recipient, and 4 time American Music Award winner Patti Labelle! Ashleigh\'s style is able to fit almost any genre with ease and finesse. And while she takes perfecting her craft very seriously, she fills every performance with the same spirit of fun and joy that she exudes every day.
