Music – New Orleans

ADO was brought up singing in a small baptist church pastored by his father in his hometown of Charenton, LA. He currently attends Xavier University of Louisiana in New Orleans as a Vocal Performance major, where he continues to develop his voice to its maximal potential. ADO’s sound is a mixture of old school and new school ambiance. His style is unique and soulful, creating an intimate experience that is enriched by a live ensemble of New Orlean musicians. ADO says “My life experiences make me stronger, and that is why my songs are so filled with passion, not just words.” It has only been a little over a year, but ADO’s career is continuing to take off to higher grounds. He has shared the stage with many big-name artist including Melanie Fiona and Travis Porter, and has had the opportunity to open up for veterans in R&B and Soul: Dru Hill. From performing on the corners of Frenchmen Street, and now awaiting the release of his first EP, ADO continues to share his work with the utmost passion and tenacity. Despite the many pressures as an independent artist, ADO continues to live by his mantra, “Soul is What I Live, Not What I Sing.”
