I am an Artist/Makeup Artist from Lincoln, Rhode Island. When I was 16 I took my first Art class in school and I remember my teacher pulling my aside and telling me I can make whatever I want, so she gave me complete artistic freedom. I never really knew who I was but when I was drawing or painting I felt at peace. I felt happy even if I wasn't actually happy. I started out using pencil and charcoal but once I started using acrylic paint I fell in love. I was inspired by emotions from people and portraits. I made them my own and put them in my own world. A few years in I had the idea to try doing makeup. Its different from painting because it has to be washed away, but it feels more like the present, when I was painting I was channeling into my past. I do beauty makeup while I'm at work at Sephora. But I also love special effects and body painting. I'm on my way to bringing my world of painting and meshing it with fashion and beauty makeup.
