Alice Amano & Spencer Jensen

Performing Art – Orange County

Alice Amano began dancing at an early age, training at The Dance Factory and Alex Arnold and Robert Prescott Lee’s Elevation Studios. She trained vigorously at Elevation Studios while attending Orange County School of the Arts in the Commercial Dance Conservatory in various styles of dance including ballet, modern, jazz, hip hop, and contemporary. Amano met her mentor, Renee Baldwin in her junior year of high school and her dancing has been heavily influenced by Baldwin's hip hop and contemporary fusion style. After graduating from OCSA, Amano was accepted into the dance department at CSULB and is currently working on her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree as a 4th year student. Amano is a performer who is interested in exploring the process of movement and idea invention to ultimately develop a unique movement style within herself. She is very excited to expand her training and experience in both concert and commercial work following graduation.
