Visual Art – Brisbane
My childhood was immersed in art, drawing around the kitchen table was the norm and going to exhibitions was a regular event. Art came back into my life about five years ago and now I paint most days. I use layers within my work and paint intuitively. My favourite subject matter is nature, predominantly flowers, birds and butterflies but more recently I have embarked on a 'Street Series' using local street names and imaginary faces in my paintings.
