Ali J

Alii J is a Western Australian artist and illustrator who graduated from college with studies in Interior Decoration and an Advanced Diploma of Fine Art. Her life revolves around being a mother of two young daughters and being a creative that spends every waking moment making art or thinking about it. Currently she creates all of her work from a vintage viscount caravan that has been converted into a studio. She is fond of many artforms but at this time she primarily paints and illustrations on canvases or paper. Her work tends to be very figurative with bold colour palettes and strong linework. One of her favourite techniques is to collage vintage book pages onto canvas and then paint a figure, scene or object on top. At last count her artwork resides in over 37 countries. Her client list is extensive and she is constantly finding new opportunities to take her art to the next level.
