Anavel

My name is Anavel Barajas. A Latina born and raised in Chicago. I am the youngest in my family, I have two older sisters and an older brother. I am an aunt of 4 nephews and 2 nieces. My family is everything! They truly are my support! Growing up I was always intrieged with hair and makeup. I remember stealing my mothers and sister's lipsticks and playing with their expensive eyeshadow and getting yelled at for ruining it. When it came to play time, I would spend hours color my barbies hair with markers and cutting their hair. As I grew older hair and makeup came natural to me. It was my hobby! Throughout my high school years I started doing my friends hair and makeup for homecoming and school events and the more I did it the more I enjoyed it. I started beauty school right after high school and it has been a blessing ever since. I am now an 8 year experienced cosmetologist ready to take it to another level.
