I'm a Great Lakes girl, through and through. Born in Kalamazoo, MI and growing up and living in Wisconsin, Missouri and Minnesota, not to mention spending a couple of years in Montana, I have been afforded a unique tour of the States. I have been married to a wonderful Brit since 2011. Since 2013, I've had an even bigger adventure after my son was born. As an Englishman's wife, I've had a few opportunities to travel abroad. These experiences to unfamiliar lands make me appreciate where I'm from all the more. (But, if you ask me, I'd take the lakes, streams and forests of the Upper Midwest any day of the week!) My jewelry adventures started in a quaint shop in St. Louis, MO, in 2006(ish). There, I learned the basics of crimping and finishing off a necklace. I've been hooked ever since!
