Fashion – Toronto
I am a Toronto based Fashion Designer/ Visual Artist and have been practicing for about 8 years with heavy inspiration drawn from nature and sound/ rhythm. Very recently I started creating pattern design from my illustrations and have been progressing in my fashion design technique. Many of my pieces feature patchwork of my art which consists of paintings, stippled ink illustrations and mixed media. I am intrigued with trying new styles so although my style is consistent, there is a lot of variety. I hope to start applying my pattern design into Home Decor, as I am also studying Interior Decorating. It really does feel as though all of my points of interest are merging and it's an incredible feeling. Although I've started my artist journey years ago, I am just breaking ground in the fashion industry and I am so excited !
