Astray Emerald

Miranda Malec recently earned her Associates in Art and is pursuing a Bachelors in Art History at Wayne State in downtown Detroit. She aspires to invoke emotion through her art, and to give back to the public what other artists have given her: happiness and inspiration. She craves the freedom she finds when working outside the structured form of realism, and has been experimenting with different techniques and styles of painting. "A sliver of happiness may seem simple and unsubstantial, but feeling is always an accomplishment".
