Ben Anaya

Born in San Jose, California and raised in a small town in Michigan with two traffic lights, I learned quite quickly that I was in charge of my own destiny and finding ways to make my own fun. After much exploring I discovered I have a craving for color in my life. Historically my art was expressed through my hair licensees in Michigan, North Carolina, and California. Resently I craved a medium that could put last a sulfate free shampoo. That is where my colorful abstract paintings were conceived which allow them to speak to other people as they speak to me; and last a lifetime. My canvas style has now evolved into the melty celestial concepts that you see.
