Photography – Gold Coast

For most of my life I've been a DJ traveling the world playing in night clubs and at festivals. In 2008 I traveled to the Peruvian Amazon to join a volunteer reforestation project. By chance I met the owner of the reserve and we quickly became friends . She offered me a position managing the reforestation/animal rehabilitation project but before returning to the reserve a year later I bought a DSLR camera to document my time there. In the year spent managing the reserve I saw something amazing in photography and was lucky to photographer some extremely rare experiences. I currently have a project in the Kcosńipata region of Peru helping the community to first bring their socioeconomic status to a point where basic needs are met and start the work of reforestation. To fund this I'm using my Photography with the premise that each frame sold represent a relative portion of the amazon saved. We're also using these funds to build a cultural centre and volunteer house so people from outside Peru can experience the amazon in this very unique way.
