Performing Art – Newcastle

Caitlin is an aspiring dance teacher and choreographer. A student of dance since the age of 3, Caitlin has studied a wide range of dance genres under the guidance of Pamela Cramp and her teaching staff at East Maitland Dance Headquarters. Caitlin has successfully performed at many dance eisteddfods and competitions throughout Australia as well as Starstruck, Schools Spectacular, Hunter Dance Festival, State Dance Festival and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Ball as well as other promotional events. A student of the Hunter School of Performing Arts, Caitlin's HSC major performance was included in HSC Callback in 2016. Currently Caitlin is studying a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Dance and Performance at Macquarie University. She began her teaching career at the age of 12 and continues to teach group classes and private lessons at East Maitland Dance Headquarters. Her goal, once she has completed her university studies is to become a dance teacher in Secondary Schools and to one day have her own studio where she can continue to educate students in the world of dance.
