Colleen Hogan

Creative makeup artist with a passionate approach to special effects makeup and creature design. At a young age she fell in love with horror and sci-fi movies. Through makeup, she saw the beauty of taking a person and completely turning them into whatever was desired. Being able to morph anyone\'s face, to make it unrecognizable to their family and closest friends was such a thrill. She couldn\'t get enough. In High school she became the makeup artist for the theater department. As she got older, she decided to leave the conventional academic world and enter the wonderful world of makeup art. Graduated from Capri College in the Beauty Makeup and Esthetics program and was later accepted to Complections College. It is at Complections where she was educated in the art of realistic movie makeup and creature design, her true passion. Always looking on ways to practice and perfect her craft by constantly working on photo shoots, short films, and volunteering time to teach others what she has learned.
