Melissa Thyden, b. 1987, is a fashion designer, illustrator and painter who creates work with wild, colorful energy. Melissa has taken courses from the Boston School of Fashion Design, the Worcester Art Museum and has a BFA from UMass Dartmouth. Her lifestyle brand"Cosmic Unicornz" features custom, one of a kind dresses, hand-painted shoes and denim, silkscreened t-shirts, handmade accessories and artwork. Her studio is located in East Boston, Massachusetts.
