Photography – Chicago
I am a Chicago based photographer, but I was born in a small town in Mexico. I moved from Mexico to Chicago in 2015 and I had to change my whole life and adapt to the changes. There was a different language, and a different culture. My family and friends were far from me, and I started feeling lonely. While all those changes were happening I discovered photography and started practicing it. It was like a way of distracting myself from the changes. I was seeing and capturing my new life in Chicago through the lens of a camera.
