Dan Fenstermacher

Photography – San Jose

I was born in Seattle, Washington, and graduated from the University of Idaho in 2007 with a B.S. Degree in Advertising. In 2008 I moved to Los Angeles, California, where I attended El Camino College and began to hone my photography skills. My photography was showcased at the Passion Photography Exhibition and published in The Myriad. In 2010-2011 I taught Photography and Fine Arts at Xiangfan University in China’s Hubei Province, capturing China’s unique culture through my photography. During my time in China, I was fortunate to be able to travel throughout Asia in-between semester breaks and get a real taste of travel and culture. Since then I have spent my time working, traveling, and photographing in Europe, Hawaii, Fiji, and Australia. I am currently undertaking my Master\'s in Fine Art in Photography at San Jose State University. My work can be seen in several publications including Signature Magazine, the Seattle Schmap Guide, WA State Ferries’Sound Crossings, and the cover of the Port Ludlow Voice.
