Dela

Dela is a self taught artist who started painting in 2002 after moving in with a friend who had a big empty wall. That night the artist created 3 paintings and fell in love with painting. Inspiration for the paintings come from the human condition, our relationship(s) with Mother Earth, Love and the female form. Also, dreams play a major role in the palette of the paintings. The artist was born in Baja, Mexico, but was raised in Puerto Rico. He now resides in San Francisco.
