Fashion – Raleigh

To say that art and fashion are passions would be an understatement! Growing up, every piece of Barbie\'s wardrobe met with markers, scissors, and even fingernail polish. Luckily, for my parents, the walls of the house escaped too many drastic changes! Through school, I opted for art and business electives, and learned how to handstitch from my Grandmother. Between high school and college, I helped coordinate various fashion shows, and in April 2007, I debuted my first fashion show. The following month I graduated from Meredith College with a degree in Fashion Design and Business Administration. I participated in Couture of a Cause in 2012 (Winning Best Overall Designer), 2013, 2015, and 2016; In 2016, I participated in Models for Charity's fundraising show "Wildest Dreams" ((Winning Best Design). I've also produced benefit shows to help my sister study abroad (Freestyle & Formality II) and for Project Broken Wings (Eclectic). I would describe my style as Freestyle and Formality- casual looks with a touch of formality and formalwear with swag! My motto- make every BODY look and feel stunning!
