Divine de Flame

Lynn Gravatt AKA Divine de Flame has over 20 years of extensive dance training (ballet, tap, jazz, modern, african, latin, swing) and has studied numerous somatic and movement modalities including Nia and Nia 5 stages with co-founders Debbie Rosas and Carlos Ayas Rosas, Continuum with founder Emilie Conrad, hybrid dance with Amy O’Neal of the Seattle based dance company Tiny Rage, burlesque with Seattle’s Academy of Burlesque founder Miss Indigo Blue, and various forms of contemplative and improvisational dance with the likes of Barbara Dilley from Naropa University and Anne Halprin, founder of Tamalpa Institute. In 2012 she spent about 6 month performing Burlesque in the Portland area and most recently was a featured fire spinner and freestyle dancer in the Cusco, Peru based circus \"Circusco\". She was also a featured contestant on season 9 of So You Think You Can Dance. Lynn holds a B.S. and a M.S. in Aerospace Engineer and is currently a Nia Instructor, dancer/performer, and Reiki Master living in the Minneapolis area.
