Using a combination of ancient and experimental knowledge, I create textiles using natural dyes and playing with processes of decomposition and alchemy. From the urban jungle to the jungle-jungle, I forage plant material and fuse it with fabric. Whether steaming, steeping, or burying, each textiles goes through a it's own unique process; and I love every second of it ! They emerge as unique as each leaf and petal used to dye them. I take these one-of-a-kind fabrics and make garments that feel earthly and elemental. Put one on, and you can feel the essence and energy infused in every fiber.
