Visual Art – Vancouver

Emma has been acting on her creative ideas since she could grasp the materials in her hands. There has and have rarely been moments in her life where she hasn't been thinking up new ideas or having the urge to try new imagery, patterns, and mediums. Inheriting a creative gene from her mother, those genes and the people surrounding it, carried, nurtured and encouraged her to pursue her artistic tendencies at the Victoria College of Art on Vancouver Island. In that 3 year chapter she gained her own artistic identity with the help from many talented and experienced instructors, as well as grow in confidence as an artist. Since then, her artistic endeavors have consistently evolved and moved with her pushing to break personal comfort zones and try new things. For the most part she loves the process of art making and seeing where an idea will eventually end up.
