Visual Art – Nashville

I drew all the time as a child and a teenager. I won many contests, and loved to create beautiful works. But for some reason, I put down my pencils and gave up drawing. I stopped for over 8 years. I do not know why I stopped drawing. Maybe I grew tired, maybe I wanted to try other avenues in my creativity, or maybe it just boiled down to life got in the way, but one day it hit me to pick the pencil back up, and I am so glad that I did. Art gives me a release. It allows me to quiet my mind and let the world fade away. I get lost in my drawings and hours pass by in what feels like mere seconds. I decided to share my hard work and drawings with the world.
