Visual Art – Melbourne

My name is Joshua Fielding. I am a self-taught painter and illustrator from a young age. On top of that, I am also a Melbourne-Trained Dancer/Singer/Performer. I tend to find myself to be drawn to obscure and/or Dark-Callus material that merges within the Contemporary arts and Musical Theatre. I'm often eccentric and persistent with the way that I like to improve my work. I also love experimenting with various materials and mediums to broaden and develop a stronger approach to construct my work. There's always two sides to how I work; the lighter and the darker perspective. I don’t intend for my work to be a reflection of a simple concept to an innocent mind. I aim to show to an audience that what I create comes from a certain "Empath-Instinct"; playing (as one of many examples) as my surrendering guide to interpret energies and vibrations. No matter my intent, my work has never been, nor ever will be, a product to cause controversy. The intentions behind all of my works, are ideally to craft the minds of my audience; using my creations as the product to my visions. I wish to craft people’s minds through my Art, so detach ourselves from Social Order. By doing so, People might then be able to see the world in a much brightest and clearer view. Hypothetically, if we, as a human race, were to prove this all successful, we'll might even be able to reconsider the ways of how we can achieve peace, Unconditional Love, and above all, to liaise all of this growth in a generation that values true honesty.
