Beauty – San Diego
Hair has been a passion of mine since I saw how happy I made myself feel in the mirror when I cut my own hair at 5 years old. It wasn't the best cut, but it was my first, and it felt glorious. When I was 16 I started to cut my brother's hair as a legitimate way to help out the family. That experience was shared with others when I was in the Marine Corps for 8 years, and it continued through to my college education. After working in a career that didn't fulfill me, I took a long hard look at was does; hair. I love doing hair. I love looking at someone's face when it lights up after I've helped them realize the look they've been aiming for.
