Fashion – Toronto
I received my first sewing machine when I was eleven years old. After highschool I moved to Toronto and completed a certificate in Fashion Design at the Academy of Design. For my final collection I designed and created a six piece collection under the name "Irrational Fear of Madness". While creating this collection I learned that details in clothing and accessories were extremely important to me and the time and effort that went into them to make pieces unique and not mass produced.
Each piece is designed and handmade in my studio in Hamilton, Ontario. Fabrics are printed, appliqued and embroidered in limited runs. The Fear of Madness brand is my creative outlet to add irrational, unconventional beauty to everyday life.
