Music – Miami

Frankie Midnight is an entertainer of many trades. Growing up in a high violent area in Carol City Miami Gardens, FL, he started out as a stage actor in various local theater productions including Miami Dade's version of "A Raisin In The Sun". He also performed as a professional impersonator, starring as both Jimi Hendrix and Michael Jackson in the production called, "The Oldie Goldie Show, a tribute to black music". When he transitioned from acting to music, he took interest in the guitar at age 13. Unable to afford one, he made one out of an old wooden door with the wood as the cutout shape and rubber bands as the strings. Of course it didn't actually play which then motivated to sell candy in middle school to raise the money and buy an actual acoustic guitar. First learning covers of songs from artists like Nirvana, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles and others, he began writing and composing his own songs as well as learning other instruments such as the piano, drums, and bass guitar.
