Visual Art – Los Angeles

I am a fine artist from South Los Angeles, earned my AA degree in inter-disciplinary studies from various campuses locally including Santa Monica College, culminating at Los Angeles Southwest College where I first began painting. My greatest interest of study was in the area of Behavioral Sciences, particularly Physiological Psychology, although my greatest challenge at Santa Monica College. I continued my bachelors in Psychology at California State University at Los Angeles. Through much of this time with the University, I lived in Mount Washington where I painted my second collection, a shock series in oil, on the hillside patio overlooking Highland Park. It was toward the end of this collection that I moved to Downtown Los Angeles and completed the last, largest, and the first piece to sell while living in the art scene at the dawn of the New Renaissance. Pieces from my Freshman Brown’s collection are on show at 2nd St. Cigar Lounge & Art Gallery in Downtown Los Angeles. I am currently showing my Blackmarket Collection while completing my senior collection.
