Grace Slaven

I am an artist and secondary school art teacher based in Perth, Western Australia. For as long as I can remember I have always been creative and growing up in an artistic hub like Fremantle definitely helped. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Arts/ Bachelor of Education from the University of Western Australia in 2010 I have sort to develop a mixed media body of work, using painting and illustration to explore themes such as femininity, nature and the psychological self.
