Hayley Ader & Artists

Performing Art – San Antonio

Hayley Ader, originally from Colorado, graduated from the University of Arizona in 2013 with a BFA in Dance and extra studies in Physiology. While there she was privileged to have the unique opportunity to dance in Martha Graham’s Panorama and perform the piece in one of the Martha Graham Dance Company’s concerts. Hayley also choreographed her own works, two of them chosen for the Student Concerts. After graduation, she danced with Inaside Chicago Dance for 3 years and choreographed the piece, “9 to 5” for the company in 2016. In September 2016, she moved to Israel to dance in the Dance Journey Program with Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company for 10 months. She has performed with Adri Mascort Cia., a company based in Barcelona, in the pieces "Silence 2.0" and "Autoretrat". She recently moved to San Antonio in September to choreograph and teach contemporary, yoga and tap for the Dance Center of San Antonio. She is a freelance dance artist aiming to work with different companies, choreographers and artists through out the U.S. and abroad, finding the opportunity to work with various individuals and explore multiple movements qualities very intriguing. In her own choreography, she loves to collaborate and be inspired by the movement of the dancers she works with and believes that the feeling of community the collaboration creates, brings a special magic to the piece.
