Helena Juhasz

I am a children\'s book illustrator and writer with a soft spot for graphic novels and cartooning. I am the Illustrator Co-ordinator for the Society of Children\'s Book Writers & Illustrators (SCBWI) in Vancouver and I organize meetings several times a year. I run a Facebook page for the group called: Canada West Illustrators. In the past I have worked as an artist (for the City of Toronto Parks & Recreation), as a gardener, ski patroller, construction worker, and for 12 years as a physiotherapist. However since 2011 I have been focusing on children\'s book illustration, cartooning and commissioned artwork/marketing material for North Shore Bike Shop.
