Fashion – Portland
My mom taught me to sew at 6. My dad has been a weaver all my life. I come from people who do things with their hands and not with technology (by design and not always by choice!). I am a Luddite to my present day detriment, but I am a maker of lovely things to many people's delight. I enjoy making the thing that makes the things. I enjoy the ground-up process. Together with my dad, I incorporate the textiles of today with the techniques of the past to create unique clothing for the adventurous and timeless spirit.
