Visual Art – Perth
Johanna Morgan Richardson (better known as Little Jo Studio) is a Visual Artist based in Perth. She practices primarily in the areas of painting and drawing. However, her compositions involve other mediums such as printmaking, illustration and design. Johanna’s signature pieces are created with expressive use of black ink and graphite, where she layers lines over one another then finally combines a splash of acrylic to complete the process.
Johanna’s work has been displayed in various public exhibitions, toured regional Western Australia and was also featured in The Cross-Cutural Exchange Exhibition at the Ueno Royal Museum, Tokyo. Johanna has been the recipient of The City of South Perth Young Artists Award and additionally she has exhibited in The Art Gallery of Western Australia, multiple Group Exhibitions and Commercial Galleries around Perth.
