Visual Art – Newcastle
There is a quiet freedom in my sketchbooks, a quiet freedom one needs with two small children.
I grew up on the mid North Coast, moved to Newcastle and studied graphic design, I dropped out.
I lived life, did a few art classes in between and here I am. 10 years later.
This is it, it's me, I'm here.
Imagination at play, pen to paper, Illustration. Hand drawn originals, some experimentation with watercolour. There is a new found confidence in my art and I thank the progression of social media for a platform I could hide behind. I never thought I was any good, all I knew was I needed it as much as I needed to breathe.
