Visual Art – Melbourne

From a young age I developed a passion constructing objects by hand. I have vivid memories of my childhood collecting scrap steel from my dad’s workshop to construct pieces of art that inspired me. Working with steel has been second nature for as long as I can remember, I sold my first artwork in 2001 and have since made over 400 more. Recycling is something that I’m passionate about my work looks to give discarded steel new life through art. My pieces are individualised and are often commissions, no two pieces are ever the same. I have a very kinaesthetic approach to my work as I manipulate steel though welding, grinding and sanding until I am satisfied with the result. My vision for the future remains strong as I look to inspire others through my passion of industrial art.
