Accessories – New York - Brooklyn
My name is Janey Romeo. I'm a proud native New Yorker, born and raised in Brooklyn where I currently live with my husband and our two little boys Mason and Jaxon. I studied Apparel Fashion Design at F.I.T, but I naturally gravitated toward accessories and tote bag design during one holiday season about 6 years ago when I decided I was going to DIY my family & friends holiday gifts (aka I didn't have the funds to buy everyone gifts!). Turns out, they loved my reversible "2 in 1" tote bags and motivated me to keep making them so here I am 6 years later with Jax & Mase, aptly named after my two crazy, but totally lovable sons Jaxon and Mason.
