Visual Art – Connecticut
My name is Jordan Jones. I draw, paint, do graphic design. I am interested in sculpture. I have been interested in art since I was young. I made the decision to follow me dream and become an artist while in my freshman year of college, when i switched my major from math education to fine art.
My concentration was illustration but I wanted to be a graphic designer so I had many side jobs doing graphic design work, including logos, flyers, shirt designs, booklets, brochures, business cards, and basic website development. Recently I got into painting with acrylic. In the past few months, I have done more painting then I have since I graduated from UConn (December 2012).
I am currently trying to gain exposure and get into as many art shows as possible. I want my name to be known across the country. I want to be known amongst celebrities. I know I have the talent, I just need to keep putting the work in.
